Suddenly, the man began to cringe and glow, which startled Sarah. And as the glow swept over his body, his features began to change. His skin tone became just a bit paler, his hair color became a little lighter, and overall he clearly became younger. The only thing that remained the same was the outfit ... and the tattoo on his forehead.
When the glowing dissipated, Sarah looked on with wide eyes. "Biff?" she asked. Biff Meadows was the star quarterback of the high school football team, and Sarah's boyfriend.
"What the hell?" Biff asked, looking down at his strange clothes. "I was just at the gym ... how the hell did I get here?" He stopped for a moment when he saw Sarah in her silver catsuit. "What the hell are you wearing?"
"I think he was right," she uttered to herself. "It doesn't make sense, but ... I just saw you change."
"Sarah, what the hell are you talking about?"
Suddenly, Sarah wanted to find Jon. This whole situation was crazy. But it was real. Seeing that Indian guy turn into Biff was proof enough that this wasn't some geek's idea of a prank. As impossible as it seemed, she really was in a TV show. And right now, Jon was the only person she knew who had a clue about what was happening.
"I ... I have to find Jon," Sarah said.
"Jon?" Biff asked. "Jon who?"
"Jon Gibson."
"That little twerp from school? Why the hell do you want to find him?"
Sarah groaned, then grabbed Biff's arm and pulled him with her down the hallway. "Just come on," she said. She headed back the way she came, hoping to run into Jon. But after how she treated him, she wouldn't have been surprised if he didn't stick around.
