"Would you just shut up for a minute and listen to me?!" Jon yelled.
Sarah stopped and glared at him.
"I know this is going to sound weird, but we're in a TV show. In fact, it's a 'Star Trek' show. Do you know what that is?"
"Some science fiction thing that all those nerds at school talk about?"
Jon sighed. He didn't think she'd know. Sci-fi TV and movies were probably beneath her. Maybe because she needs to use her brain, Jon thought, with a smile.
"What's so funny about that?" Sarah snapped.
"Nothing," Jon replied quickly. "Listen, we are both characters ... or rather we replaced characters on the show."
"What the hell are you talking about?"
"I'm trying to explain, if you'll just let me," Jon said, getting increasingly impatient and annoyed with the (now former) cheerleader bitch (although, really, she was still a bitch).
"Just get out of my way, loser. I'll figure out what's happening by myself. I don't need you." And she walked right past him. She had no trouble walking in the high heels, but she seemed a little uncomfortable wearing the silver catsuit.
Better get used to it, Jon thought. Catsuits are the only thing Seven ever wears.
