Later that night, as his vague wish began to slip from his mind, Jon decided to watch some TV. He flipped through the channels, trying to find something to watch ... and with hundreds of channels to pick from, it took quite a while. But as he was doing it, he began to feel kind of strange.
A moment later, he felt as if he were floating, but when he looked down he saw that his body was still sitting on the family room couch. "What the hell?" he muttered, as he began to feel light-headed. When he looked back at the TV, he realized that it was closer to him ... or he was closer to the TV. It didn't make any sense, but that's what he saw.
He reached out and touched the TV screen, and that was a big mistake, because he couldn't pull his hand back. It felt like his hand was being pulled into the TV. His eyes went wide, realizing that he was being sucked into the TV, just like this one online story he read once. He wasn't sure, but he thought someone made a movie about it once, too. He shook his head, trying to clear his thoughts. He had to think of a way to stop this, before it was too late. The stone came to mind, but he didn't have it with him. He left it in his bedroom.
He really didn't want to become part of a TV show.
