Zach picked up the bottle of Bimbo Pills and smiled, hoping they were real. The question was how to get his up tight sister to take one of them?
The answer was remarkably simple. Tamara was studying in her room with the door open, and as usual she was so absorbed in books that she would barely notice if the house were on fire. Zach tip-toes into her room and dropped one of the pills into her open bottle of mineral water. There was a tiny splash that was covered by Tamara muttering some fact or other a few times to commit it to memory. As the ad said, once the pill hit the water it dissolved instantly and within a couple seconds there was no trace of it. Zach slowly backed out of the room and waited.
He checked back every five minutes to see if she took a drink, and was finally rewarded. Zach watched from the doorway as Tamara took a long drink from the bottle. She put the bottle down and went back to the books. After another minute she started frowning at the page she was reading. She turned the page back and read the last paragraph out loud and slowly.

"The American Revolu...Revo..Revoluton was the found-a-ton for the so...so...Crappy!" she exclaimed with a pout.
Zack suppressed a laugh and walked up behind his sister. "Are you alright?"
"EEK!" She jumped in surprise, then saw Zach and giggled. "You scared me! Don't, like sneak into my room unan..um.. unanoon..oh, without knocking."
"Sorry Tamara," Zach said with his best 'I'm sorry' face.
His honor roll sister giggled again and began twirling her dark hair around a finger. "Oh that sounds too stuffy, call me Tamy."
"Whatever you say Tamy. Was something wrong?"
Tamy looked up at him blankly for a moment. "Oh, right, like I was reading this thingie for class and it totally stopped making sense."
"Okay, then maybe you should study from another book."
With that Tamy grinned. "You're so smart Zach." She closed the history book and looked at her calculus notes. The grin faded. "Like, numbers are hard. I don't think I want to study."
Zach took the opportunity. "Sounds good, in fact there's a party later tonight at Mark Setter's house. Want to go?"
"Like that sounds awesome!" Tami threw her arms around Zach with glee. "Oh I should totally change so I don't look like such a fuddy-duddy."
With that she pushed him out of her room and closed the door. A second later the door re-opened and her head stuck out. "You got any gum?"
Zach chuckled, causing Tamy to giggle, and handed her a piece of gum. "Like yay!" she said and popped it in her mouth.
Zach was ecstatic with the test run of the pills. He had already planned an excursion to the party he mentioned, but now he could give his sister the chance to let her hair down for once. And even better he had the chance to test more of the pills.
He thought about a plan of action: should he test some more of them on Tamy, or head straight to the party?
