She looked down at Jon and said "Jon? What am I doing in the boys restroom?" Then she looked down at herself. "I'm ... I'm back to normal," she beamed. "How did you do it? I thought wishes couldn't be reversed." She paused. "Why am I wearing boy's clothes?"
The former boy's friends ran out of the restroom in fright, after they just witnessed their best friend change into a redheaded girl right before their eyes.
Jon stared at the girl who looked a lot like Karyn but wasn't. Or was she? She knew about the wishing stone. As far as he knew, the boy she used to be didn't know anything about that or the wish that Karyn had made.
But what happened to the boy she used to be? Was he gone now? Or was there something left of him deep down in this new Karyn's mind?
"Jon? Why are you looking at me like that?" she asked.
