Jon woke up in a hospital room. It took him a few minutes to remember what had happened: he had agreed to have his gender changed as a part of a Career Matching survey that his wish had generated. His body ached all over and he wanted to touch himself to feel his new anatomy. An attractive young nurse came in. "Jon Gibson?" she asked. "Just nod, don't talk. Your voice box needs to recover from its feminization process."
Jon nodded. "Good," she continued. "The surgery was a complete success. You are now a fully functional woman. Once you have fully recovered, you will be able to get pregnant, give birth and nurse your babies, just like a regular woman. Your breasts need the most time to fully develop, but the rest of you will be fully operational within a week or two. During that time, we'll give you the training you need to take care of a woman's body and give you your assessment tests. And don't worry. I had my gender changed and I love being a woman. I hope that soon I'll be able to find a nice man to marry and start a family." The nurse finished her duties and left, leaving the now-female Jon alone.
