A familiar voice answered "Well if you can wait a few minutes, I might have a suggestion."
Jon turned around to see Karyn with a grin on her face. "What are you doing here?" Jon blurted out.
"Changing my sex, duh." Karyn answered. "Time to see what life on the other side is like."
As Karyn hunched over the papers filling them out, Jon decided she was too curious about what Karyn would be like as a guy to leave with Trevor and Pete. Trevor and Pete didn't seem to mind, as they were having trouble keeping their hands off each other.
A few minutes later a stunningly handsome man re-emerged into the waiting room. Karyn's large breasts had become massive pecs, and as a man she was tall and well-muscled without looking like a steroid case. Jon found her eyes traveling to Karyn's midsection (as Karyn's eyes locked on Jon's delightful new breasts) and found a gratifyingly large bulge. What am I thinking, Jon asked himself.
