"Is it her? Is it my mother?" the fake Athena whispered.
"Yeah," Jon lied. He recognized the face right away. It belonged to the geek Jay Duncan. (It was so weird imagining Jay as "The Stud" - he was just too shy around girls.) But he couldn't tell the fake Athena that. She might try to stop him from changing Steve back to normal.
"What the hell are you two doing here?" the fake Steve asked. Then he looked over and saw a woman standing behind them. "Oh, sorry. I didn't see ..."
"We need to come in," Jon said. "It's important."
The fake Steve looked a little confused, but then replied. If it were just Jon and the fake Athena, he wouldn't allow them in. But since there was an adult present, it was enough of a reason to oblige, apparently.
"Now, what's this all about?" the fake Steve asked.
Jon looked at the real Steve and saw that he wasn't changing back to normal. He got him back to his house, so he should have changed back to normal.
"Well?" the fake Steve asked, getting impatient.
Jon thought for a second, then realized that maybe Steve had to go to his bedroom. "Where's your bedroom?" Jon asked.
"What the hell do you care?" the fake Steve asked.
Jon grabbed the fake Athena's mother and pulled her down the hallway that Jon presumed led to the bedrooms.
"Hey, let go of me!" she yelled.
"Hey, where the hell are you going?" the fake Steve asked, pursuing them. The fake Athena trailed behind.
Jon glanced at every room, until he found the one he wanted. This one had to be Steve Farber's bedroom.
The moment they entered the room, Steve began to change back to normal. The transformation was quick, but Jon could still see his figure change from female to male and his clothes morphing from a feminine outfit to his usual male one. And after only a few seconds, Steve was back to normal.
"What the hell are you doing in my room?" he asked.
Jon didn't have time to answer Steve's question. He needed to see what happened to the fake Steve (Jay), so he quickly ran back out into the hallway.
