Unnoticed by anyone in the house, Zoe's new bedroom suddenly changed and shifted, becoming a completely different type of bedroom. Gone was the dark and gothic look, replaced by something very similar to the look of Linda's new bedroom. A typical teenage girl's bedroom. Gillian's bedroom.
In this new reality, Gillian DeVries was now Gillian Gibson, sister of Linda Gibson and Mikey Gibson, and daughter of Jon Gibson. And Zoe Gibson was now Zoe DeVries, mother of Athena DeVries, who used to be her best friend.
Back at the DeVries house, Zoe and Gillian tried to work out what had happened.
