When Zoe exited the bathroom, she stopped. "What are you two still doing out here?" she asked. When she didn't get an answer, she pushed her way past them, first bumping into Jon (who she thought was her father) and then into Linda (who she thought was her older sister). She meant to head back into her bedroom, but the moment she stepped into the room, she saw that it was completely different.
Jon had already swapped, so he couldn't swap again. His mother, however, could. And now, she had Zoe's age, while Zoe had hers. Zoe was now the oldest sibling in the family, having Jon's original age of 16 (but almost 17).
Zoe was still Goth, but was a little older, a little taller, more developed than before. "What the fuck happened to my room?" she asked.
Linda turned and looked inside. With the exception of it being contemporary, the room looked very similar to her bedroom when she was around 14 years old. Was that supposed to be her bedroom now? She shook her head. It was weird enough that she was less than half her age. Now the rooms in her house were changing too? What was happening? How was any of this possible?
Realizing that maybe it was better that he kept the wishing stone close, Jon headed back into his room to grab it, but the room wasn't his room anymore. The whole room looked dark and gothic. Apparently, his bedroom belonged to Zoe now. Then, was his bedroom the master bedroom? This was all too weird. But considering the power of the wishing stone, not totally unexpected.
