There's no way that this can be solved without some serious intervention. Taking a breath, Jon opened his hand with the stone. "I wish that Mom and Dad would stop fighting and became so madly in love with one another that they never wanted to leave each other, and nobody besides me found their relationship unusual."
The stone glowed and erupted in a blast of energy. The energy wave passed over Jon's parents and instantly, they stopped fighting. Almost as if they forgot what they were fighting about. But then, they got new glares on their faces. Playful ones... They walked up to one another and wrapped their arms around each other in a tight hug before kissing each other passionately. Jon walked back out to the stairs and heard the moaning that the two of them were doing as they kissed each other. It was weird to think about his parents doing that, but it was better than them fighting. As he was about to leave, however, he heard them peel off one another and start talking again.
"You left me to go to work again..." His mother said, breathing deeply.
"Like I had any idea what you were up to while I left you at home..." His father returned.
"Well, I wasn't seeing any other men, but you weren't seeing any other women, were you?"
"No, not that you believe me, and not that I believe you."
"Well, then you're just going to have to take me to work with you next time."
"To work, to the bar, honey I'm taking you everywhere I go."
"Good, I don't want to leave your side!"
"I don't want my side to be empty!"
"Fine!"
"Good!"
After their little back and forth, it sounded like they went back to making out down there. Jon was kind of weirded out, but then thought back to the wish. He said that they were so in love they never wanted to leave each other, not that they never wanted to leave their marriage. He facepalmed in the stairwell as he realized that he just mentally welded his parents together. Walking downstairs a bit, he saw the two of them in an embrace that he hasn't seen in ages, so there was at least that. Jon let out a sigh as he held the stone in his hand.
"Well, I was going to do this to help them get through their problems... I might as well do it now..." He said before walking back to his room.
