As Jon got up, he saw something strange on his dresser. An ID card. He picked it up and wondered where it came from. It had places for a name, gender, height, eye color, etc, but nothing was written. He shrugged and stuck it in his wallet. Might be useful.
After school, Jon went over to Gary's home. Or more accurately, his shed. Jon and Gary had spent the previous summer renovating it to be a man cave. There were cheap couches, TVs for video games and movies, and even a slanted pool table. Gary alway was quick with a joke and always ready to prank someone.
"Hey," Jon said as he entered the shed. "Look what I found in my room today?" Jon pulled out the card and showed it to Gary.
"Your school ID?" Gary asked barely glancing at it.
"What? No. It's completely blank," Jon said.
Gary took another look at it. "No, it's you're school ID. Hardly interesting."
"Are you blind? It's . . ." Jon paused as he looked at it. Sure enough, it was his school ID, but it had more information than it usually had.
