Hang on... He made the two of them using the cloning device, not the stone. So that means that there's nothing stopping him from changing their personalities using the wishing stone. Quickly picking it up, Jon made a wish.
"I wish that unless I say otherwise, Karyn and Sarah were vitriolic best friends instead of enemies. They still bicker, compete, have their differing tastes, but underneath is a bond between them that's super tight. Tight enough that they'd be joined at the hip if they weren't already sharing a body. In fact, being stuck together with one another is their fetish." With the wish finished, the stone glowed before releasing some kind of magical energy, enveloping the conjoined women on his bed. He thought he saw it flow out of the room as well, but he wasn't really paying attention. Jon walked up to them and gave them a light tap on the shoulder. "Girls?" He said. "Wake up..."
The two of them slowly opened their eyes and sat up on the bed. They stretched their respective arms and yawned in stereo before waking up completely. "Don't yawn in my ear, bitch..." Sarah said.
"Don't drool on my cheek, whore..." Karyn returned.
"Oh, you mean like this?..." Sarah said before giving a sloppy kiss to her partner.
"Ack! Stop it!" Karyn said, partly screaming, partly laughing. Sarah stopped kissing her and the two of them looked at one another. "God, you're such a bitch!"
"Takes one to know one! I happen to be stuck to the biggest bitch I know!" Sarah said.
"Well, I'm stuck to an even bigger bitch!" Karyn returned. They glared at one another before they broke out in laughter. Jon sighed in relief as he finally fixed the issue and could have some time where they could all enjoy themselves.
At least, that's what he thought... Meanwhile, across town the real Karyn was laying down on her bed. She was texting her friends when the magic from the stone enveloped her. She hardly noticed, but suddenly she got a text from someone. Sarah.
Sarah: Hey. Gonna be at the mall tomorrow?
Karyn: Yeah. Definitely.
Sarah: Maybe we can finally get you out of those street clothes and into something actually feminine. :P
Karyn: Or maybe I could wrestle you into a pair of boxers. :P

Sarah: …
Sarah: Hey, do you still have that same dream?
Karyn: The one where we’re two heads on one body? Constantly.
Sarah: Okay. Just wanted to make sure.
Karyn: You know… I think I know of a way to make it a reality…
