Could always make it into a contest and let us users tag branches. Build in some way to identify who tagged a branch and prevent multiple users from tagging them, and then see who can do the most.
Or let multiple people tag posts and build in a way to compare tags so that if multiple users tag a post with the same key-words, those key-words are more likely to be correct and thus less likely to need review.
