"Well, I was thinking I'd relax here in the sun," thinking he could make a break for it when the guy was in the water.
"Going to tan topless Amber?" asked Himbo.
"Sure, sure, just enjoy your surfing," replied Jake has he gestured to the water. Himbo was off like a shot, and in the water within seconds. Jake felt more calm already, knowing that Himbo was all the way over there and he had the towels and umbrella to himself. He grabbed a magazine from the bag then put it to the side. He was comfortable on the towel, enjoying the sound of the waves and watching the guys show off their pecs. He could stay like this for hours....
Jon was wondering about the topless comment. It wasn't an excuse, but if Jake made an excuse that required him to take off the bikini, what would win? Would he have to leave it on for the hour, as per the rules of the magic item, or would the new truth replace the old one? Maybe some research was in order. Or maybe Jon could enjoy the show. It was a lesser item, and something he could easily clean up if it started to tear at the fabric of time and space. Jon turned the volume back up on his crystal ball and tuned back into Jake's time at the beach.
Jake was in a nearly meditative state at this point. The Cosmo he was reading had a fascinating article on how to get a man to enjoy oral sex he was enjoying while sipping water. Then he felt the dropped of water as Himbo came back to their little camp and dripped over everything. Jake was shocked back to the moment, threw the cosmo to the ground and grabbed a towel dabbing the water off his chest and slender torso.
