Jon picked up his phone & called Karyn.
Karyn answered the phone groggily "Ugh.. Jon, its the weekend. let me sleep in for once...."
"Karyn, its almost 9 o'clock, anyway, that's not important, I've made a stupid wis--"
"I'll be right over!" Karyn Interrupted, then hung up.
Jon, shocked, put the phone down and waited impatently for Karyn to arrive.
~~~10 minutes later~~~
Jon's mom answered the door, "Oh, Karyn. Jon said you were coming over, he's up in his room".
"Thanks Mrs Gibson!" said Karyn, dodging past her & running up the stairs to Jon's room.
Jon, waiting patiently on his desk chair, almost fell to the ground in surprise as Karyn burst throug the door.
"Jon! What did you do?"
"Woah!" replied Jon "Calm down & I'll explain."
Karyn sat down on the end of Jon's bed, "Ok, How serious is this...?"
"Last night I was bored and accidentally wished for 'something interesting' to happen..." Jon said, air-quoting the last part.
"Well that's stupid" stated Karyn.
"Well I wasn't thinking! at least it isn't permanent, its only supposed to last for 72 hours, which means we have..."
Jon paused to check his desk clock.
"61 hours" said Karyn. "So what happened?"
"Firstly I should say that only you and me can notice this is different, everyone else thinks this is the normal me..." said Jon
"Wait..." interrupted Karyn, "Normal you, so something's happened to you?"
"Its not serious is it?!" asked Karyn, clearly concerned. "Show me."
Jon felt uneasy, placing his hands on his crotch.
"Did something happen to your... y'know..." asked Karyn softly. Jon nodded in reply.
"Still, I think you should show me. No need to feel embarrased" Karyn said with a reassuring smile.
Jon, still feeling uneasy, stood up and undid his jeans, sliding them down.
"I can't see anything wrong from here" said Karyn.
Jon then moved his legs apart slightly and slipped his boxers off, allowing his tail to swing down and forwards, back infront of him.
Karyn's jaw dropped. "I- I don't know what-". she was speechless.
"I know." said Jon
"So thats what..." said karyn
"yeah, this is my 'manhood'" said Jon in a 'matter of fact' tone.
"Does it still feel like a, y'know, uh.. penis?" questioned Karyn
"No, its a tail. A big. Bushy. Fox. Tail." replied Jon. Motioning his hands towards his appendage.
"Then how do you, use the 'little boys room'?"
"Lets just leave it at 'I can', and not bring it up again." said Jon, clearly trying to hide the embarassment.

Karyn watched as Jon put his clothes back on, tucking the tail away, still half shocked fromthe reveal. But she still had questions.
"So Jon.."
"Yeah?" replied Jon, sitting back down in his desk chair.
"What happens if you get turned on? does it stick out like a pole or something?" said Karyn, puzzled.
"It-, It uh-, It um... wags..." answered Jon, face turning red.
"cute", Karyn said. not realising she'd said it.
"We should just try to get through this. Good thing the school is closed next week, couldn't face going to gym class like this on Monday".
"Lets do something to take your mind off it" said Karyn.
