The redness in her face grew until she cried out in frustration stomping over to the happy couple. The pair of lovers covered themselves as best they could hearing the princess’s angry steps. Fina yelled with warm tears streaming down her face, “How could you let me worry about you so? When all you have been doing is screwing around?”
Lily grew upset herself thinking she was now mistress to the Princess Fina’s betrothed. Randy said such nice things to her she never thought for a minute so ill of him. No he was a good man he must have an explanation. Lily worriedly ask, “Randy what is the going on? I didn’t know that you knew Princess Fina intimately.” She watched Randy looking for his response.
Confused Randy said, “I am bewildered as you are dear. I am only formally acquainted with Princess Fina. I never loved another save you sweetest Lily.”
Fina snapped, “I am talking to you, you little tart.” Then a realization hit her that the magic to Sir Garrett might of gone further than his body. She blanched with the color draining from her face. The tears grew into a torrent between sobs she said, “No, no I am so sorry. I made a horrible mistake.” She collapsed to her knees weeping inconsolably.
Now Lily looked confused at Princess Fina than at Randy who shook his head as baffled as her. Lily spoke soothingly, “It will be alright we all make mistakes. I am afraid you find Randy I mean Duke Randall and me in a rather compromising position. But it isn’t as bad as it seems we are betrothed we just let are basic sides get the better of us. We love each other so much please if you would be discreet about this. We are so sorry that we upset you.”
Fina regained some composure tears still coming down her face saying, “That Is not why I am upset. I don’t know where to begin. I am afraid that I have terrible news for Randall and you. Lily you are not Lily but Sir Garrett. Through some dark magic you were transformed and came to me. You had your mind then but you said you were going to the court wizards and I heard nothing from you after that. You must believe me. I will keep your secret here please keep mine. I think there are powerful forces at work. Please tell me all that you remember.”
