Alex happily swung his legs as he ate his sugary cereal. "What are we doing today mommy?" He asked looking at Miss Fine.
Rebecca was munching on a piece of toast when she paused. She hadn't thought about doing much today. It was a Saturday after all.
"I don't know honey." She said sweetly to Alex. "What do you want to do?"
Alex thought for a moment before he answered. "Can we hang out with Karyn?" He asked excitedly.
"Karyn?" Rebecca replied surprised. "Why Karyn? Wouldn't you rather play with Mikey or something? I'm sure Zoe would love to give you some fashion tips."
Alex shook his head. "Nuh uh. Zoe's pretty but I think Karyn is prettier and she's rich." Alex said. "I bet she has way more pretty clothes than Zoe."
Rebecca laughed and smiled at Alex. "This might be a good chance to talk to Sarah's parents as well." She thought to herself.
"OK sweetie we'll go to Karyn's."
"Yay!" Alex cheered.
"Now let's finish our breakfast and then I'll head upstairs and get dressed.
"OK mommy." Alex said as he dug in to his cereal looking forward to seeing Karyn.
