Martin Williams smiled as he looked down at his newly painted nails. Sure he had been against the idea and he still wasn't sure why he had agreed to do it, but Rachel was right. It had certainly been relaxing.

He thought about their chat together as he made his way back to his office. When they had finished their yoga session he still felt a bit stressed so Rachel had offered to show him another technique that she used to relax.

Martin had refused when she started pulling out nail polish and a nail filer but Rachel assured him that he would find it relaxing. He didn't know why but he felt like he could trust her.

And so Martin had ended up light pink nails that had been trimmed neatly. Rachel had also suggested that he should grow them out but he had scoffed at the idea.

As Martin entered his office he wondered what his wife would say about his nails. Of course he wouldn't paint them everyday. Just when he was stressed.

He picked up what he had came for and then made his way over to Rachel's office. He knocked gently on the door being careful with his nails.

"Come in!" Rachel called.

Martin entered. "I thought that you might like the playbook for this afternoon's training session." He said placing the book on Rachel's desk.

She looked up from her computer. "Ah thank you Martin. How are the nails?" She asked.

Martin looked at them again placing his palm downwards. "You know Rachel? I wasn't sure about it when you suggested it but it was rather relaxing and my nails do look nicer." He said.

Rachel nodded smiling.
