Alex happily skipped into the kitchen. When he got there he saw two very pretty girls doing the washing up and one adult looking teenager drying the plates as the girls finished.
"Hi" he said rather shyly. The 3 "kids" turned around.
Karyn was shocked. Standing in front of her was Alex but this Alex was wearing a dress and had his hair in pigtails.
"Er, hi. Alex" Karyn managed to get out. "Linda, Zoe this is Alex." She said.
Linda grunted a hello and went back to drying the pot she was holding.
Zoe however put her dish down and went over to him. "Oh aren't you cute." She said. Alex beamed at her.
"I love that dress." Zoe said. "And that cardigan is so cute. It really completes the look."
"Thanks." Alex said blushing a little. "You're pretty as well." He said.
"When I grow up, I want to be just as pretty as you." Alex said.
Zoe laughed. "Aren't you just adorable!" She said gushing over him. "Well maybe when you're older I can share some of my beauty tips with you?" Zoe suggested.
"Yes please." Alex replied jumping up and down causing his pigtails to bounce up and down. "Mommy's in the living room when you're finished." He announced.
Karyn was shocked. "Mommy?" She thought to herself. "That must mean Miss Fine is here." She thought, thinking back to lunch time.
