It turned out she did need a new prescription and she left with a new black pair. Picking up the new pair she put them on swapping out her old ones. She then checked them in the mirror. Satisfied she then headed toward the bookstore.
Tiffany never would have considered coming in here before. This was a place for nerds and besides there was usually something much more exciting to do than reading books.
Today however Tiffany felt different. She wandered through the bookstore looking at all the different books that were on offer. She was surprised.
She never new that there could be so many books. There were books about crime novels, history, science. There were even books about fantasy worlds and a lot of them it would seem.
She was about to head over to the fantasy section when she spotted someone she knew from school.
It was Kyla Leeson one of the school nerds. She was hanging out in a corner of the store with a group of friends that Tiffany didn't recognise. They appeared to be engrossed in a board game of some kind. Intrigued Tiffany headed over to them.
"Uh, hi Kyla." Tiffany said shyly.
