Zoe yawned trying to stay awake enough to pay attention to the teacher. She had been reading her new magazines well into the night and now she was paying the price. But it was worth it.
Zoe had no idea how much you could do with fashion. You could take a white top for example and pair it with some jeans but then you could take the same top and match it with something else and get a completely different look. The magazines had opened her eyes.
When she got to school she made use of her new knowledge by comparing the outfits that the other girls wore. Sure she wasn't as knowledgeable as the cheerleaders but with a bit of practice she would get there.
As for today Zoe had decided to wear a plain black T-shirt (one that she hadn't worn in ages) and a short black skirt and she had tied her hair into a ponytail. It was pretty basic but Zoe planned on going shopping after school.
Zoe yawned again.
"Miss Gibson. Am I boring you?" The teacher asked making her jump. A couple of her classmates sniggered.
"Oh, er no sir. I didn't sleep very well last night." Zoe lied.
"Well alright then" the teacher replied nodding. "I'll let you off this time but make sure you go to bed early tonight."
"Yes sir." Zoe replied and the teacher carried on with his lesson.
