Rika and Michelle went into the mess hall and saw women and girls walking around, in various states of dress or undress. They were also all in various stages of pregnancy. Some looked like them, and some looked like they were about to burst. On the far side was a buffet of some pretty tasty looking stuff. Today was chicken with tomato sauce, with mashed potatoes and baby corn. Michelle and Rika got in line and grabbed a plate. They took a bit of everything, looking around as their parents talked about their pregnancies, Mrs Sato focusing on hip pain management. The cabin sat down together. Joan and Katie came from a small town in New York, where Joan was a teacher considering this as part of sex education for their school. Katie was along for the ride, "to give a teenage prospective." Katie just rolled her eyes. Michelle and Rika ate their food, not saying to much, enjoying the spices used on the meal. They both went up for a second helping, prompting comments from Rachel about eating for two now. The parents laughed as the girls stopped eating.
On the way back to the cabin, Rika asked, "Do you have it?"
"I do, it's in my backpack."
"What do you think will happen when one of us puts it on?"
"We become a guy and the pregnancy goes away, right?"
"But how will they explain a guy in a pregnancy camp?"
"I guess we will find out," replied Michelle as they walked into their cabin. They finished unpacking, made their beds and told the adults they were going for a hike. They put some layers into a backpack with the necklace and went out. As they were about to walk out the door, Katie asked if she could join. After a quick glance at eachother, Rika said yes. For the next couple hours, Katie shared some of her story. She was going to be a senior at her high school, liked Karate and movies. She was also an avid hiker. Michelle and Katie talked about martial arts, while Rika listened. The new girl seemed nice and before they knew it hours had passed, causing the trio to get back to the cabin. They found their parents sunbathing in front of the cabin...in bikinis. Rika and Michelle wished they hadn't seen it, but at the same time felt proud that their mothers looked so good. All 6 ladies went inside and cleaned up a bit before going to the mess hall to get ribs, rice pilaf and green beans. There was a campfire with some singing and then the activities of the day were over. Rika and Michelle didn't have a chance to use the necklace, since they weren't alone. They went to bed, hoping to have better luck.
