Glen went out looking around a bit overwhelmed but also a bit excited. He looked for his car and was confused as his car was gone. The lot seemed empty with the exception of one brand new car sitting in the lot. He reached into his pocket find his keys but they weren't his keys? He clicked the car alarm on his keys and the new car beeped.
"No way...." he said moving over looking around a bit hesitant before opening it up and looking around the war. He checked the glove box and saw the registration was in his name.
"But... is this even legal?" he asked a bit anxious before putting it away and started the car.
He took out his phone and called his wife.
"Hey honey" he said with a big grin
"You're not going to believe it.... I...." he seemed confused.
"I got... my ID?" he said confused unable to say much more. His wife rolled her eyes
"Great... so you'll be on your way home? The pizza will probably be here soon." she told him before Glen thought.
"Yeah... but... I think you should come get an ID to... and the kids. Jordyn will need one to go to school this week." he said.
"Well can't you just pick them up for us?" she asked setting down the box of dishes she was currently unpacking. He shook his head alone in his car.
"No. They said it was the law you need to come get them yourselves.. you should head over now." he suggested and he heard his wife sigh.
"Okay fine.. We'll head over in a bit. I'll see you soon." she said hanging up and going to find her kids and tell them they had to go.
Meanwhile while his mom was on the phone the bell rand and he went to the door figuring it was the pizza. He was greeted by a gorgeous blond girl who looked around his age, maybe slightly younger. Her skin was sun kissed and flawless just like the rest of her face and body. She had on some slight make up and her hair was pulled back in a pony tail sticking out the back of her bright blue cap with a pizza logo on the front with a name tag that read "Morgan". She was wearing a tight blue polo shirt with some black capri leggings and some simple sneakers. After checking her out for too long she finally said blushing up at him.
"Dude... your pizzas?"
This made Ashley gasp and blush himself as he reached into his pocket.
"Oh my bad my bad..." he said getting out the money and giving her the 40.
"You uh... can keep it as a tip." she raised her brow
"That's like a $22 tip?" she asked and Ashley shrugged getting more awkward and embarrassed as his effort to make up for being awkward only made it worse.
"Oh uh... well its no big deal." he said with a smile and she pocketed it.
"Thanks...." she looked him over now and it made Ashley get a bit anxious.
"So... you uh.. just moved here?... how old are you?" she asked and it was clear her sudden interest in him confused Ashley.
"I'm uh... 20? We just got here like 2 hours ago and are still unpacking." Was she into him, he wondered before she looked tense and almost worried.
"You uh... you should get out of here... I uh...." she bit her lip and Ashley asked a bit creeped out
"What do you mean?" she shook her head.
"I mean.. you are going to college or something?... maybe you should just uh.. go and start living on campus like... now?" he shrugged.
"I'm not in a rush... why?" she stood there looking like she wanted to say something before her phone got a text and she looked at it. She looked a bit sick for a moment and shook her head and giving him his pizzas.
"Uh.. forget I said anything." she turned walking away in a hurry. She hopping onto the blue bike and clipped the pizza case onto the back. She then rode off in a bit of a hurry. Ashley stared at her as she left checking out her butt in her tight leggings.
"Weird.... but hot..." he mumbled to himself and his sister called out from behind him.
"Gross." he rolled his eyes and moved the pizza inside and set it on the table.
His mother just got off the phone and she explained how they needed to go and get an ID or Jordyn wouldn't be able to start school this week. She also said Ashley would need one if he wanted to work in town and access to various things. His sister complained that the food was going to get cold and she didn't care about the ID but her mother argued with her for a moment saying it was only pizza and it would taste fine heated back up. Ashley watched them bicker and was glad he wouldn't be living here to long before leaving for college. He considered offering to take Jordyn first thing in the morning.
