After giving each girl his signature, Tom exited the school, not wanting to disturb classes any further. He wasn't even sure why he'd been there to begin with.
As he stepped out into the sunlight, Tom felt a wave of happiness wash over him. He couldn't describe it exactly, but he just felt very peppy. Bubbly, even. Tom giggled, feeling like he was in a better mood than he had been his entire life. Wait, that's not right, is it? I mean, I've always been like this, haven't I? Tom thought.
He waltzed down the sidewalk, basking in his new found joy. He paid no attention to the fact at how easily he could walk in his 3 inch heels, or in how his body was shrinking, his skin shedding his body hair.
He was so wrapped up in his good mood, in fact, that Tom didn't realized he had no idea on how to get to Nova until he had already walked four blocks. Tom pulled a pink cell phone out of a purse he didn't have just a moment before, looking through the contacts.
He didn't want to bother Derek. He was such a nice agent, but he was so busy that Tom didn't want to disturb him any further. So he hit the next number on the list, humming a melodious tune as he waited for the unsuspecting recipient of the call to pick up.
