Moose had changed significantly since he had left Nadie's house. His formerly large frame had shrunk to much smaller proportions, his once toned body now soft and smooth to the touch. His nose, which had been broken early in his football career, had realigned itself, as the rest of his facial features had softened and gained a coating of makeup. His hair had turned blonde, and now reached his shoulders before flipping.
Moose was having a much easier time in his new role than he was previously, with his previous confusion forgotten has he walked through the aisles. He hummed a merry tune under his breath as we went around the grocery store. The only dark spot currently in Moose's mind was a sense of concern for Nadie. She was such a good neighbor, and it worried Moose that she had such a troubled relationship with her sister.
As chance would have it, only a few dozen feet from Moose in the same local grocery store, someone was receiving a call from Nadie just then. Of course, they didn't know that, and in fact didn't recognize the number at all, but they took the call out of curiosity. By now Nadie was already deep into her explanation to that person, who was presently very confused over what was going on...
