Leonard stepped outside, away from where Kyla and Sarah were arguing again, despite Uncle Jon's attempts. He new the two of them had an incredibly rocky relationship, but he just couldn't stand hearing them fight.

Leonard had continued to lose weight, and his skin was beginning to darken towards the tone Sarah and Jon had adopted. He still looked out of place in his dress, but of course no one really noticed that.

Leonard was trying to get his attention off the argument when he noticed a strange woman headed towards him. She was dressed in a open jacket that showed off her pale skin, with a strange spiky bra as the only covering underneath. The hood was drawn, hiding all of the woman's face save her lips, which were covered in black lipstick.

"Hey there," the woman said, in a husky voice and amused tone. "You look like you need a chance to get away."

"You could say that, yeah," Leonard said. The woman looked odd, yes, but something about her made her seem appealing to Leonard.

The hooded woman grinned, fiddling with a skull shaped amulet between two black nailed fingers. "Well then, you should come to the Spiked Pit tonight. There's a going to be an awesome new band that I think you'll really like."

"Oh. Yeah, I may just do that," Leonard said, surprised by the woman's offer but finding himself seriously considering it. He could use something to break out, to get away from his parent's constant squabbling.

"Good, I'll see you there," the woman said, before turning and heading down the street.
