"Karyn, thank god I caught you," the woman on the phone said. "Donovan said that he wants your division to handle the Nelson account. How fast can you get back here?"
She wasn't sure how to respond. She didn't recognize the woman's voice and she didn't know anyone by the name of Donovan, and she had no idea what the woman was talking about.
"Karyn? Are you still there?"
