The non-descript corridor goes on as far as you can see and the only notable features are the doors that line it. Looking left and right you step out...just in time for the door to slam shut behind you, making you jump. Shocked you look around for the opening mechanism but there doesn’t appear to be one on this side, and no matter how hard you push, the door will not budge.
With a frustrated sigh, you turn back to the corridor and approach the nearest door. It looks like the one to the lab, except it has a name plate on it and has an opening panel next to it. Name plate is s generous description you correct yourself. This one has a picture on it, one that looks like a wardrobe. The door opposite has one with a paw print on it. Curious you decide to check a few more.
One has the silhouette of what you guess is a barbie doll, another of a fairy. One has a silhouette of a man and a boy with an arrow pointing from one to the other, while the one opposite that has two circles. You pause at that then correct yourself - they’re breasts. The one next to that has the silhouette of a pregnant person of indeterminate gender. As you reflect on the weirdness of these you come across one whose name plate is coated in pink slime, obscuring the picture. You’d rather not risk touching the slime to wipe it away to find out what it hid you reflect with a grimace.
Looking back towards the lab and the doors you’ve passed you wonder if you should go back and try one, or carry on.
