Still knowing that she's a parent herself, she knows better than to test Mikey's patience as he now thinks he's in that role and she quickly heads up to what is now her room to grab her backpack and slide it on her shoulders before heading back downstairs. "How's this Mi....mom?" she asks.
Mikey nods his head. "Much better sweetie now we don't have any time to waste so I'll meet you out at the car." Mikey says as he returns to the kitchen where he had forgotten his purse.
Linda opens the front door and heads towards the car which she quickly notices isn't the minivan she normally uses for the transport of her three children but is instead Honda Civic.
As she was staring at it, her line of sight kept getting lower to where she was just under five feet tall.
Mikey then emerged from the house with his purse hanging off of his shoulder and wears a scowl as he sees Linda just standing there staring. "What are you looking at? Didn't I tell you to get in the car?" he says in an angry tone.
Linda turns around to respond to Mikey when she realizes that she is now eye-level with him which means they're now the same height. "Sorry mom." she says as she quickly opens the door and gets in the passenger seat.
