Tom Welles, a jock who was on the high school football team and someone who notoriously picked on Leonard (in a previous reality), began hitting on Leonard, even though Leonard wasn't all that interested. Frankly, he was a bit weirded out by Tom's advances. Wasn't it just that week when Tom was teasing him about his weight? He paused for a moment, as that sounded odd to him. What was wrong with his weight again?
"Come on, baby," Tom said, grinning. "You know you want me."
Want you? You're a guy. Why would I want you? Leonard thought, then turned away from the jock and headed to the other side of the room to get away from him. But Tom wasn't giving up so easily. He followed him.
