Tiffany made her way down the hall, hearing voices and laughter coming from downstairs. Was there a party going on down there? And if so, how come she wasn't invited? Feeling a little angry at not being included in the fun, she marched down the stairs and into the crowd of people, not even realizing as a pair of white socks and then sneakers covered her bare feet.
She made her way towards a few girls who claimed to be her friends. But what kind of friend would not tell her about a party which seemed to include almost the entire high school popular crowd?
"Sarah," she said, marching over to Sarah McMillan, the head of the cheerleaders and Tiffany's closest friend. "Why didn't you tell me about this party?"
