While Karyn waited outside I grabbed my clothes and pulled on my usual things. Fortunately they still fitted me, but then again why wouldn’t they? The stone rewrote reality to fit the Wish, so of course they’d fit me I realised, it would have changed them to fit my new attribute as the me of this reality would have clothes that fitted. That thought got me wondering and I paused as I pulled on my shirt. Wouldn’t normal guy clothes be baggy on me down there? And these didn’t look like girls clothes...so did that mean other guys were like me now?
“Jon, hurry up!” called Karyn, disrupting my train of thought. With a sigh, I grabbed my bag and headed out the door. We hurried to school, wracking our brains for a solution, but both came up blank. One fortunate thing was that when I checked my ID while we waited at a crossing, it still listed me as male, so hopefully that’d mean my life was mostly the same as it had been and I wouldn’t have to worry about pretending to be a girl until we could fix this.
We arrived just in time for the bell for first period and had to part ways for our separate classes.
