"I guess the pain killers have left you a little confused." said the doctor. "But the operation was a complete success."
"Operation?" Jon asked confused, then noticed that his chest and groin area had been bandaged up.
"Yes, your... Your sex change operation, you are now a woman, Mister, sorry, MS. Madison."
"What? But I'm SUPPOSED to be male!"
"That's not what you said when you signed the papers before having the operation." said the doctor, calmly.
Just then Karyn walked into the room.
"Oh, I see you have a visitor," said the doctor. "I'll leave you two alone. Keep it short though, you need your rest."
The doctor left the room.

"Jon, errr Jane, I'm sorry I didn't understand, I guess you always seemed a little different from the other boys, but I guess I never really understood what you were going through..." said Karyn. "I'm sorry I didn't support you in your decision to become a girl at first."
