Sarah awoke at the sound of an alarm. Still feeling exhausted from her session of sex the previous night with her boyfriend Biff, she slowly opened her eyes and yawned. She smiled, moving her hand towards her boyfriend's body, meaning to caress it. But it wasn't there.
She opened her eyes more quickly now, seeing that Biff wasn't in bed with her.
"Biff? Where the hell did you go?" she asked the empty room. Suddenly, she put her hand over her mouth. What happened to my voice? she thought.
There was a knock on the door. "Karyn, are you getting up for school?" It was a woman's voice. But who was Karyn?
Sarah finally looked around the room, realizing that that it wasn't Biff's bedroom (which is where she fell asleep). It wasn't even her bedroom. It was someone else's. How did she wind up here?
She slowly got out of bed, but then stopped and stared at her reflection in the bedroom mirror. It wasn't her reflection. It showed a different girl. But it was one that she recognized. Suddenly, she was able to place the name with the face. Karyn - that tomboyish girl that hung out with that loser Jon Gibson. She didn't know how it was possible, but she now had Karyn's body!
An alarm went off, forcing Biff to wake.
"Okay, okay," he muttered. Half awake, he placed his hand on his alarm clock, but his hand missed. His clock wasn't where it should have been.
He opened his eyes and saw that the clock was on the other side of the bed. In fact, the entire nightstand was on the other side of the bed. Who the hell moved my furniture? he thought.
He moved to the other side of the bed and turned the alarm off. And that's when he noticed that Sarah was gone. What? Did she leave during the night and not tell him? Bitch, Biff thought.
But then he started to see that the situation was a bit more unusual than that.
He wasn't in his bedroom. That's why the nightstand was in a different location. It was because it wasn't his nightstand. And that wasn't his bed or desk or TV or ... anything.
Feeling majorly disturbed by all of this, he immediately swung out of bed. And that's when he saw his reflection in the bedroom mirror, showing him that he wasn't himself ... literally.
The first thing he noticed was his less-than-muscular body. The second thing he noticed was his face. It wasn't his own. However, he did recognize it. It belonged to that loser Jon Gibson.
There was a knock on the door. "Jon. Remember, you have school today." It was a woman's voice.
Could it be that Biff was this Jon kid now? It sounded ludicrous. But all of the evidence pointed to it.
