"What's all the noise about in here?" Jon's mom (Jane) asked, walking into the room. "Are you two fighting again?"

"Zoe, what are you talking about?" she asked her daughter. She walked over to her and felt her forehead, to see if she wasn't coming down with something. And suddenly her face was filled with fright.
