Rachel looked at herself in the mirror, seeing the conservatively-dressed 36-year old woman who stared back. Rachel had always preferred to dress more liberally, so to see herself dressed in this woman's white long-sleeved blouse and full-length black linen skirt was at least a bit jarring for her. But at the moment, she had more pressing matters to take care of than getting a change of clothes. She needed to join the rest of her coven and try to reverse what had happened. She knew that with the help of Scarlet and Zoe and Athena, they could make something work.
She turned back towards the others, who were still there, all sitting in a living room that they were still unfamiliar with. The professor told them to not leave the house, but that ghastly man had no control over whether they wanted to stay or leave. Truth be told, they were afraid to leave. Not because they might affect others, but because they didn't want to be seen as who they were now.
But Rachel wasn't afraid. And she had every intention of leaving.
She took one last look around the living room, seeing once again that the family that lived here was very religious, as they had several crosses and bibles and pictures with religious content within them. Rachel briefly wondered how the woman she now looked like was handling her new predicament, looking like Rachel and everything. She figured that she wasn't handling it too well, and she would be right.
Rachel moved towards the door, but was stopped by the professor's voice.
"You shouldn't leave," he said.
She turned around and looked at him. Since she was the only one who could see past everyone's glamour (the illusion that everyone saw), she saw the professor as himself ... wearing an enlarged version of the clothes of a 6-year old girl. Needless to say, he looked ridiculous in them.
"I'm not staying here. You can stay here if you like, but I'm leaving."
The professor looked at her a bit longer, then scoffed at her and turned around and went back into the kitchen.
Rachel opened the door and left.
