Jon noticed that the doctor was rather pretty. She had long golden hair that curled in ringlets and under her labcoat she had on black high heels, black tights, a black miniskirt and a white shirt under a black top which was unbuttoned to reveal some cleavage of her large and jiggling breasts. As she came closer, smiling, Jon noticed from her nametag that her name was Bob.
"How is everyone?" she asked melodically. "From our side the process was a complete success. How do you feel?"
Jon was about to ask what had actually happened when she got a massive surprise. Mikey let out a squeal of joy.
"I feel great!" she gushed "Thank you so much! This is the best birthday present I ever had!"
Birthday present?! Jon though. That's right! It's Mikey's 12th birthday in 2 days time! This is what he wanted, to be girl?!
"Well I'm glad you like it! But we should be thanking you. It's very rare that a whole family unit will under go a complete gender transformation, even for a month."
"Well this is something Mikey's wanted for a while now and he's worked extra hard for it, so it's only fair" the woman who was Jon's Dad explained.
"She!" Mikey shouted excitedly, a large grin on her face.
"What?" Jon's female dad asked.
"I'm a she now, not a he!" she said grinning even more now.
"Oh yes, that's right! She's worked very hard for it."
Jon was shocked, had the wish changed reality to make Mikey want to be a girl or had he always wanted to?
"Well a least someone's happy!" the annoyed boy that was Jon's sister Zoe grumbled.
"Now, now, dear" the man who was Jon's Mom said soothingly. "You promised you'd not complain."
"That doesn't mean I'm happy about it..."
The doctor during this was taking notes and when she had finished she looked up and spoke.
"Ok, well everything seems to be in order. Now if you will all come with me I'll take you all to your individual testing rooms to debrief you. And after that you can go home."
