To prevent the "Lucas looks bad" thing, she CAN call Cecilia and delete the pictures... However, a few crucial ones escape deletion, because they were already stored in other ways.
As for "why won't Lucas go visit Ricky", she plain won't feel like it - one because the damage was already mostly undone, two because visiting him won't help undo it, three because she doesn't think she'll be in any condition to be civil to him then and there (and while she's got no qualms about being uncivil towards Julian, Venus told her Julian and Ricky aren't cut from the same cloth).
