(I'd like to change the flavor of Jon's transformation. I'd put too much power in 'her' hands before.)

Things changed. As history re-wove itself, Linda Madison now became Lynn Mack - first lover then wife of Jo Mack - and like her pierced and tattooed darling, she grew large, muscled and fat. A heavy drinker and compulsive eater, her children seemed to acquire similar attitudes and appearances. In the park, Mikey stiffened, grew larger and more rotund, then a sneer of contempt formed on her face. Michelle 'Mike' Mack said "We're not doin' that!" as one of her friends suggested playing tag. "We're playin' Dodge Ball, an' that's that."

"Okay, Mike..." said Steve, one of Mikey's best friends "...if you wanna play Dodge Ball, than that's what we'll do." They all agreed, knowing that Mike - big and fat as she was, she was also powerful and brutal with her enemies - always had to get her way. Mike was the bully of the classroom, but she was safe enough as long as she got her way. Anyone who refused her got the shit kicked out of them.

"Yeah, that's what I thought." rumbled the burly child, her barely pubescent breasts already quite large atop her rounded belly. She knew she'd always been a bully - a 'horrible, little child' to the teachers - but she also loved it.

Meanwhile, in the local mall...Zoe and her friends were hanging out and talking about one thing or the other...Zoe seemed to swell...grow large and solid...her shoulders broad and her face set in a bulldogs snarl as she became an even darker creature. Her thick legs encased in tattered black fishnet stocking...heavy leather boots with thick heels...a black leather halter top flaunting a big belly and much larger breasts. Her gothc makeup and accessories no longer looking sexy...as large, heavy plugs formed in her ears and nostrils, thick lip and tongue piercings...heavy skull rings on her fingers to act as 'brass knuckles' when she fought...which was often. Her friends were still her friends, but somehow...she was now the Alpha Dog. She wasn't just Zoe - a cute name for a cute girl - but now...

"Hey, Zelda...check out the cheerleaders." said one of her friends. Zelda Mack glanced over, her resemblance to a lunatic Sumo wrestler enhanced by her obvious Asian features. After all, unlike Mike (who'd been birthed through artificial insemination) she wasn't Lynn and Jo' Mack's biological daughter...but was adopted.

Zelda smiled a predatory grin - flashing two silver front teeth set with skulls - and said "My favorite flavor." as she wiggled her pierced tongue at them. She ran her thick, be-ringed fingers through her black Mohawk and waddled towards the cheerleaders. The pretty blonde gasped, then went quiet as Zelda Mack said "Evenin', bitches. You know th' drill. Which one a' you's gonna do th' duty?"

Zelda had been doing this since they were in late middle school. She extorted oral sex from every cheerleader in exchange for 'protection'. All of the cheerleaders had done it at least a dozen times, and though they didn't like it...it was better than getting beaten up by the brutal Goth Dyke. One of the cheerleaders nodded and said "I'll do it. I know the drill."

Zelda led the cheerleader into the restroom, while the rest of the Goths laughed and blew kisses. The changes seemed to have affected them as well, as they'd all have been horrified by this before, but now...after years of being Zelda Macks followers, they endorsed everything she did. In fact, after hanging out with her for years...all of them seemed to get bigger (working out with Zelda) heavier (eating and drinking like Zelda) and somehow more foul. They weren't all lesbians, but they were all now bisexual and some cuddled each other, laughing and feeling dangerous. They were dangerous. They were 'Zelda's Crew'...

And Jon...he'd been adopted as well. But Lynn and Jo wouldn't adopt a boy...oh, no...not at all. And as the oldest, Jon had clearly been with them the longest. They'd gazed down on the chubby little girl - blue-eyed, pale as milk and with hair like spun gold - and they'd called her the first name that came to mind. From that day forward, she'd been 'Baby' to them. Baby Mack.

She'd kept her memories...but memory was only part of the mind. Talents. Skills. Personality. Temperament. These were more...flexible.

And as the first, Baby Mack was with them the longest. Lynn and Jo had adopted Baby first, and they'd spoiled her...indulged her every want and desire. With Mike and Zelda, they'd placed their personal stamp - raised them to be just like their mothers - but with the former Jon, they'd been so delighted to just have her...that they'd been more lax in guiding her path. They fed her just as they fed themselves, but when she'd show no interest in working out, they'd just shrugged and let her do what she'd wanted. She'd grown fat, but not strong...so Babys body swelled and bloated with thick, doughy blubber instead of muscle. Jon had been an equitable child, but Baby had grown headstrong and spoiled...and her mothers had encouraged her 'strength' and almost always let her have her way. Jon may have been a pleasant, somewhat nerdy boy, but Baby had grown into an obese, obnoxious tyrant. Unsocialized and emotional as a spoiled child, she looked at the hand that held the phone...a hand that had grown thick, soft and doughy...her nails now painted pink...and though he KNEW it was wrong...somehow SHE felt...just fine. She was different...but who had the right to criticize her for her choices? Baby did what she wanted...and her wants guided her every action.

"Karyn, I...oh?"

"What? What is it, Jon?"

"Don't call me that, Karyn." she snapped, a sharp tone in her voice. Then she softened and said "Look, this is getting strange. Maybe you'd better...unh!!!" Baby groaned and dropped the phone, as her blond hair grew out long and greasy. Lynn and Jo had told her she was so pretty, and she'd taken that to heart. No matter what others thought, Baby always thought she was pretty. A complete inability to understand other peoples opinions about her took root, leaving her with no frame of reference other than her pleasures. Though only 18, the girl reflected in the mirrors was a big, slow barge - ponderous and obese, her pale flesh an unhealthy cast. Her legs and buttocks textured with cellulite, apron belly patterned with stretchmarks - but as far as she was concerned...she was perfect. She smiled - dimples winking in the corners of her fat cheeks - and giggled.

"Jon? Jon?" squawked the phone from the floor.

Baby wobbled unsteadily, as she reached out and plucked a pack of cigarettes from the table and tucked one into the corner of her mouth. She lit it, drew deeply, and sighed. It was wonderful. Her parents smoked, so she wanted to smoke. It was that simple. Everything was wonderful. She had no doubts. No questions. She was complete. Baby Mack was just fine.

She stepped over the squawking phone and waddled slowly to the fridge, snatching a couple of beers and a box of doughnuts. She managed to pickup the phone, and said "I'll talk to you later, Karyn. I...I need some alone time right now. Later."

She hung up the phone, uninterested in the fact that Karyn was still talking or what she was saying. Sinking into the deep, soft folds of her favorite sofa (which she filled from hip to hip) she flicked on the television and started watching recorded episodes of Breaking Bad, Walking Dead, Boardwalk Empire and such. She was a very different person now, but she had the same memories and (basicly) the same opinions. She drank her beer, and thought about what must have happened. She worked it out rather quickly (she was VERY lazy, but just as smart as ever) and she wondered how far her reckless wish had run.

Baby butted out her smoke and lit another. It wasn't really her problem. Not any more. Not really. Still...she'd have to take care of this. She sipped her beer and reached out to the pile of classic Starlog's she kept next to her chair for casual reading. She smiled, sinking deep into nostalgia. Jon might have set to work right away, but Baby had no cares, and now...she simply couldn't be bothered. She couldn't be bothered with anything anymore. So when Karyn burst into the living room...

"I ran...all the way...here?" Karyn panted, gaping at the massive, rather slovenly fat girl who sat in front of the television. She was positively enoumous, but Karyn had no reason to assume that this was Jon. Instead she cleared her throat, assumed this was a transformed Zoe or even Jons' mom, and asked "Oh, um...is Jon here?"

Baby frowned and rolled her eyes. "Well, shit Karyn...nice to see you too."

Karyn gaped at Baby, then ran to her and hugged her. That made Baby smile, untill Karyn began babbling."

Baby shook her head, saying "Karyn, would you shut up. Baby's fine. Just calm down and shut up."

"Baby?"

"Yeah. I'm Baby now. It's okay. I'm good. Don't worry about it."

"You're good?" burst out Karyn. "What do you mean, 'you're good'? You're a girl, and you're big as a fucking house!"

Baby frowned, unused to having anyone criticize her so openly. She waved Karyn off, lighting up another cigarette and saying "If you're going to dump on Baby, then get the hell out of my house. Baby doesn't need you being a downer. If all you're going to do is bitch, then go."

Instead of leaving, Karyn began to look around, fumbling on tables, upsetting her ashtray and babbling "Where's the stone? Where's the wishing stone?"

Baby was getting angry now, and she barked "Go home, Karyn! Aren't you listening to me? Dammit, don't ignore me!"

Karyn ran into Jon's room (now Baby's room, and showing it. Everything was pink and girly) and began search. She assumed that Jon (Baby) didn't have the stone on her, as if she did...she'd have wished herself back to 'normal'. Baby was struggling to get out of her sofa, bellowing now "GET OUT, KARYN! I'M MAD, AND I WANT YOU TO GO HOME!!!"

Karyn ran into the room and burst out. "Where's the stone, Jon? We need to..."

The hand that slapped her was soft and doughy, but it still stopped Karyn's babble. "Baby's not in the mood for this shit, Karyn. Baby LIKES being Baby, and she doesn't need you being a bitch about it. Go home right now, and we'll talk about this at school tomorrow."

Karyn looked into 'Baby's' eyes and saw that she wasn't in the mood to help. Taking a deep breath, she left the house...and Baby returned to her sofa, feeling angry and a little confused about what to do.
