"Honey, do I look worried to you?" Jonella asked, taking another huge bite out of a donut and drinking more beer.
Karyn stood back and looked worried. "No, you don't."
"There ain't nothin' wrong wit me, Karyn. I likes just how I is."
"Jon, you're an overweight slob. What's not wrong about that?"
"Don't call me dat. Da name's Jonella now."
"Jon," Karyn said, grabbing Jonella's burly arm (Jonella briefly wished that her hand could maybe move a little closer to her fat breasts). "You have to focus. Now, where's the stone?"
"Upstairs, but ..."
"Okay, I'll be right back." And with that, Karyn rushed up the stairs. Jonella would have gone after her, but with her weight problem, it was hard to move. She knew this life was wrong, but at the same time, it felt so right. More than anything she wanted to keep her life as Jonella Mack. But again, her weight made it impossible for her to stop Karyn.
Upstairs in Jon's (now Jonella's) bedroom, Karyn searched for the stone, then found it.
Grasping it in her hand, she said "I wish that Jon ... uh ... Jonella wasn't a fat girl." The stone glowed, granting her wish. But what exactly did her wish do? She headed back downstairs to see the new Jonella, who she hoped was Jon again.
