The Angelequins are a fictional race of celestial humanoid beings from another dimension. Their bodies, though otherwise almost identical to human bodies, appear to be made out of a hard plastic, yet they are able to move about like normal humans. They also have no heads, which makes them resemble headless mannequins. They are able to see and hear in ways that only they understand, yet never speak at all, instead also communicating with each other in ways that only they understand. One day, a portal was discovered that led them to one of many versions of Earth, and they used it to gradually start interacting with humans.

The Angelequins are generally benevolent beings who want to help improve the lives of those willing to accept them as people. Some humans have fallen in love with them and even married some as a result. With relatively small breast sizes, the Angelequins often showed off their legs to attract human mates. Some have also painted the spots where fingernails and toenails would be to help give the impression that their hands and feet are pretty enough to help them get around not having heads. Some of those have also chosen to go barefoot to further keep the focus away from what isn't there, even though their neck-stumps are usually considered to be just as beautiful as the rest of their bodies.

It is speculated that the Angelequins are immortal, or at least have been alive for centuries before discovering the portal that led to their first contact with humans, though only they know how long their average life spans are. Few people have been inside their dimension, and they tend to struggle to find the right words to describe it aside from them being an almost heavenly place with beautiful angels that don't have wings or heads. Visitors usually only stay there for a brief time before being called away, and they are usually unable to return, leading to some wishing they could reject the calls and stay there forever or at least take one of those angelic beauties with them.

There are many stories to be told involving humans interacting with the beautiful mute beings that can be described as living headless mannequins. Some hide in clothing stories, disguising themselves as mannequins by standing motionless until they see the right humans. Others pretend to be human to make their way into people's lives more naturally. Male Angelequins exist, but they are generally overshadowed by the females. Some stay on Earth to continue acting like humans, while others take human mates with them on dimension-hopping adventures.

RULES FOR EPISODES WITH THE ANGELEQUINS:

  1. Sexual situations should be either minimal or avoided completely. No graphic details.
  2. 18+ is strongly recommended, but high-schoolers can participate under stricter circumstances.
  3. High-schoolers MUST avoid inappropriate/sexual situations and ONLY be in relationships with other high-schoolers.
  4. Please be aware that even though Angelequins do not speak, they are by no means incapable of communicating.
  5. Please treat the Angelequins as people that just happen to look/feel like inanimate dressing dolls being animated by unknown means.
  6. Although the Angelequins are generally benevolent, they will retaliate if they are mistreated.
  7. Humans can only be in the Angelequin world for brief periods of time before someone or something forces them to leave.
  8. Some episodes will end with lists of options. They're not required (so "other" is at the bottom) but there to give you an idea of what you can do.
  9. Don't try to end the stories when there is still much to explore with the Angelequins.
  10. Try to be creative. Aside from that, pretty much anything goes.
