'Just how bad have these changes gotten to him? If he thinks he's someone else and doesn't even recognize me, how am I going to be able to get him home? Will he even be able to return to how he was?' she thinks to herself as she glances back over at her changing son.
Brinediere continued to look at Mary, wondering if she had a response to his statement, but she just shook her head. "Can you excuse me for a moment?" she asks.
Brinediere just nods his head. "Yes but do not take too long." he responds as he'd rather just excuse himself from the two of them and get back to everyone else and bask in their attention.
With that, Mary pulls the shopkeeper over towards another part of the room. "Listen, I want answers, and I want them now. What will happen if I get him back? Will he change back to normal? Or has this never happened before?" she asks him.
