Once they got in the car to head to another costume shop, Mary took a moment to look around the inside of her car. I have got to, like, get a better car than this, she thought. What would the other girls say? She shook her head, feeling embarrassed, then started up the car. And before long, they were heading out of the mall parking lot.
But it didn't take long for Brandon to realize that they weren't heading to the only other costume shop in town. In fact, it seemed like they were heading in the opposite direction. Where were they going?
