As Mary continues to wait for the start of the concert, scores of fellow attendees begin to amass at the venue. She overhears a pair of teenage lesbians talking amongst themselves.
"I really do love the work that Bady Daga does for us gays. He's definitely someone that inspires us." the first girl says.
"Absolutely," the second replies. "I just love the way that he advocates equality for LGBT people. The world would be a happier place if there were more people like him in it."
Mary is stunned, and becomingly increasingly apprehensive. The thought that her son was slipping away briefly crosses her mind.
Meanwhile, Bady Daga is completing the final preparations for the show, and smiles in excitement as a group of roadies finish putting the final few pieces of equipment into place.
