Jon didn’t know how much time has passed when he regained consciousness. He had just had the strangest dream of his entire life. That he would have been transformed permanently into a man’s rectum and prostrate. He tried to open his eyes, but the sensation was strange like if he was in a fog or with a veil in front, he tried to move his arms but was completely paralyzed.
He realizes that he couldn’t actually feel his arms or legs anymore. In fact, his whole body felt weird. It then occurred to him that he seemed to be upside down, and that he could feel something a warm sensation spreading all around him. He tried to speak but no sound came out of him and now that he noticed it, he wasn't even breathing. Was he dead? Only now Jon was slowly able to realize that he had not just lived a dream but that he had probably become rectum and prostrate.
He focused on the sensations he could feel and he perceived how his mouth wasn't much different except that it was open in a small “o” shaped form, it must have become the ass opening, he could feel something stroked his nose, like a kind of sporadic hair. The rest of his body felt like a some sort of tube probably the rectum tract from the till the prostrate which as the rest of his former body. The sensation itself wasn't unpleasant, but it was totally new, all senses had changed. Apparently he could still see somehow, albeit in a very dark way. Jon's eyes must have been in correspondence with the ass opening because he had the vague idea of looking outwards and not inwards. Even the sense of smell was still there even though the smell was strong and pungent. Sparingly it was not repulsive but certainly very intense, even arousing somehow and totally covered any other odors he might have picked up.
Suddenly he heard the sound of approaching footsteps, they were very muffled but Jon could still hear them clearly. His senses were therefore still all there, only in a very different way. Whoever approached it must have been some kind of nurse because Jon could hear: "the operation was a success, the donor was perfectly transplanted ...”
