Jon didn’t know how much time has passed when he regained consciousness. He had just had the strangest dream of his entire life. That he would have been transformed permanently into a woman’s sexual reproductive system. He tried to open his eyes, but the sensation was strange like if he was in a fog or with a veil in front, he tried to move his arms but was completely paralyzed.
As Jon regained consciousness he realizes that he couldn’t actually feel his arms or legs anymore. In fact, his whole body felt weird. It then occurred to him that he seemed to be upside down, and that he could feel something warm and musky all around him. He tried to speak but no sound came out of him and now that he noticed it, he wasn't even breathing. Was he dead? Only now Jon was slowly able to realize that he had not just lived a dream but that he had probably become a woman sexual reproductive system.
He focused on the sensations he could feel and he perceived how his mouth wasn't much different except that it was vertical instead of horizontal, it must become the vagina, and his lips had become the labia. The rest of his body was hot and slimy and had turned into a uterus with his legs now being the fallopian tubes and his testicles the ovaries. The sensation itself wasn't unpleasant, but it was totally new, all senses had changed. Apparently he could still see somehow, albeit in a veiled way. Jon's eyes must have been in correspondence with the vagina because he had the vague idea of looking outwards and not inwards. Even the sense of smell was still there even though the smell was strong and pungent of vaginal secretions. It was not repulsive but certainly very intense, even arousing and totally covered any other odors he might have picked up.
Suddenly he heard the sound of approaching footsteps, they were very muffled but Jon could still hear them clearly. His senses were therefore still all there, only in a very different way. Whoever approached it must have been some kind of nurse because Jon could hear: "the operation was a success, the donor was perfectly transplanted ...”
