"Oh, it's Tawnya Gordon. Short, basketball player..."
Jon did not recognize the name. "I...don't think I know them." He was surprised that it wasn't a boy with a name starting with K.
"Well, if you think about it... If different people married, and the men and women are different, they'd have different last names, right?" Madison pointed out, Jon nodding. "What about yours?"
"She's a tomboy named Karyn Black."
"Hmm, can't say I recognize that name, either. We seem to have the closest names to each other."
"Yeah, I think we're gonna have trouble knowing who most people are in each other's worlds," Jon concluded.
"Well, I have an idea." Madison held her wishing stone. "I wish Jon and I recognized who people are when we're in each other's world." The feeling of having to look away briefly confirmed the wish was granted. "That way, we're not wondering."
"Good one, Madison." Jon smiled and looked at his counterpart. "I had an idea too..."
"Oh?"
"Well, I think it'd be fun to visit each other's worlds."
"Oh, that would be cool!" Madison giggled a bit. "I think I can figure out how this would work." She grabbed her stone again. "I wish that Jon and I could visit each other's worlds, and that other people would accept our cover stories to be there out of nowhere." Another stone flash.
"So where do we go first?" Jon asked.
"Got a coin? We can flip it," Madison suggested.
Jon grabbed a quarter from next to his bed. "I call heads!" Madison put her hand out, took the coin from Jon, and flipped it.
"It looks like it landed..." Madison began as she peered onto the floor where the coin had fallen.
