Jen and Karyn hurried to Jen's house.
"This feels weird." Jen said. "Though, not as weird as it probably said."
"You think she did something to accept your new body?" Karyn asked.
"Yeah, she probably did." Jen replied. "Among other things. Like our names."
"Well, in a little while it won't be an issue." Karyn said. "Everything will be back to normal."
"I guess. Though you even admitted to feeling some mental changes. You said the idea of cheer leading was less unappealing." Jen said.
"Well, that's true. But I don't feel like I need to do it. I could walk away from it. You know, like we're about to." Karyn said.
Jen and Karyn arrived at Jen's house and ran in to her room. They ignored the changes to the pictures and Jen's room, having already expected it. Jen opened the box that her grandfather had left her and pulled out the stone.
"Alright, bye bye cheer leading." Jen said. "I wish that all of the changes that Ms. Holloway caused were undone."
Both Jen and Karyn waited, but nothing happened.
"I wish that everyone transformed today was back to normal." Jen repeated. Still nothing.
"What's going on, Jen?" Karyn asked.
"I wish to know why my wishes are not being granted." Jen said. The stone flashed, and Jen's face changed to one of shock.
"The stone considers all of this part of my wish for something interesting." Jen said, sitting on her bed. "It won't let me undo it."
Karyn sat next to Jen. "Oh...shit. Jen, what do we do?"
"I wish to know how to turn back..." Jen said. The stone flashed again, and Jen stood up and put it back in the box.
"What did it say?" Karyn asked.
"...there is no way to turn back." Jen replied, leaving her room and heading down to her kitchen.
