Jon and Karyn kept running as fast as they could, but then stopped suddenly when they heard Sarah yell out "No!" There was some real anguish in that voice. Jon looked around and spotted who she must have pointed at. It was her boyfriend Biff Meadows. He was standing near the bleachers, clapping his hands excitedly and bouncing up and down. Yeah, he was definitely chosen.
They watched as Biff excitedly bounded towards the other recruits. But Jon and Karyn didn't stick around. They headed back to Jon's house as fast as they could. With the help of the wishing stone, maybe they could fix what happened.
Sarah watched in horror as her boyfriend came bounding towards her and the other girls. Why was he even there anyway? She specifically told him to be somewhere else for this particular tryout. She couldn't tell him why. But she didn't think she needed to. Why couldn't he have listened to her just this once?
